Prices and delivery costs
1. All prices are in EUR and include German VAT at the appropriate rate for countries inside the EU. For other countries outside the EU prices are without German VAT. Delivery charges are not included in the prices quoted.

2.1. For deliveries outside Germany - excluding Japan and Switzerland - we charge up to 2 kg EUR 8,60, above 2 kg up to 5 kg EUR 16,00, above 5 kg EUR 20,00.

2.2. For orders to Switzerland we charge up to 2 kg EUR 12,90, above 2 kg up to 5 kg EUR 30,00, above 5 kg EUR 45,00.

2.3. For orders to Japan (by airfreight) we charge up to 5 kg EUR 58,00, above 5 kg up to 10 kg EUR 94,00, above 10 kg EUR 166,00.

2.4. We are delivering with DHL or DPD. Transport by land or sea. Deliveries to Japan are made by DHL airfreight.

3. Delivery
We deliver to the following countries: Belgium, Denmark (excluding Faroe Islands, Greenland), Finland (excluding Åland Islands), France (excluding overseas areas and departements), Greece (excluding Mount Arthos), Great Britain (excluding Channel Islands), Ireland, Italy (excluding Livigno and Campione d?Italia), Japan, Luxembourg, Netherland (excluding areas outside Europe), Austria, Poland, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland, Republic of Slovacia, Spain (excluding Canare Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) and Czech Republic ².

² Remark country specifics:
The cancellation period is: 7 working days for consumers based in Austria, Belgium, France, Ireland, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Republic of Slovacia, Spain and United Kingdom; 10 days: Poland; 10 working days: Greece, Italy; 14 days: Czech Republic, Denmark; Finland, Portugal, Sweden. In Japan and Switzerland there does not exist a right to cancel for distance selling contracts.

4.1. Delivery time outside Germany approximately 7-8 days.

4.2. In case some articles are not available at time of your order we are entittled to arrange part-deliveries on our account as long as this is acceptable you you.
